These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenergen Research website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (21+ Only)

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site and purchase products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Research Use Only / No Human or Animal Use

All products sold by Zenergen Research are intended for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only and are NOT intended for:

- human or animal consumption or administration

- therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical use

- use as drugs, food additives, cosmetics, or household chemicals

No statements on this Site have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.

3. No Medical Advice

Content on this Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. You assume full responsibility for how you use Site content and products.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

- you have the knowledge, training, and facilities to handle research products safely

- you will use products only for lawful, in-vitro research purposes

- you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

- you will conduct appropriate hazard review and follow proper safety procedures for handling, storage, and disposal

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or non-compliance.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment (Credit Card Only)

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by errors.

Payment is accepted by credit card only, processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law and/or upon tender to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds (All Sales Final)

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except where required by law.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

- use the Site or products for any unlawful purpose

- attempt to use products for human or animal consumption

- interfere with Site security or attempt unauthorized access

- scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt Site operations

- post or transmit malicious code or harmful content

IN ALL CASES, ZENERGEN’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenergen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or refuse/cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, policy violations, or legal compliance concerns.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
